MSWA LUXURY LOTTERY 25A TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry:

These Terms and Conditions, as published on the website www.mswaluxurylottery.com.au and as amended from time to time (“Terms”) govern the terms of your participation in the MSWA Luxury Lottery (“Lottery”) operated by MSWA (ABN 75 638 080 972).

By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

The following people (and anyone who resides at the same address as them) are prohibited from purchasing a ticket:        

MSWA Board Members

MSWA Executive Team Members

MSWA Head of Departments

MSWA Marketing Team Members

MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff

BDO Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw

Any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies.

Participants must be 18 years or older. 

The MSWA Luxury Lottery is run primarily, but not exclusive to Western Australians. If the winner resides in Victoria, gold bullion will be awarded in lieu of cash. 

To claim prizes, including cash (or a cash alternative), ticket purchasers must be able to provide proof of an Australian address and an Australian bank account.

Name changes on tickets are not permitted.

The records held by MSWA shall be deemed correct and final.

MSWA reserves the right to refuse sale or refund tickets to an individual at their discretion.

Where it is lawful to do so, these Terms may be updated and re-published online at www.mswaluxurylottery.com.au

Tickets:

Lottery tickets are $50 each.

Only 48,000 tickets will be sold.

Assuming all 48,000 tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 48,000 chance of winning a prize. 

The names of all major prize winners will be available online within 24 hours of the prize draw at www.mswaluxurylottery.com.au 

The total retail value of prizes is $343,999 as at the time of MSWA’s purchase of said quote.

All prize winners will be notified in writing.

Promotional images of the prizes are for display purposes only. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

The winner(s) will be determined by a computerised random number generator which has been approved by the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor.

MSWA are not authorised to process ticket refunds without written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor. This process may take a number of weeks. Refunds cannot be offered after the final prize draws have begun.

Publicity and privacy policy:

Prize winners agree to have their name and suburb published by MSWA for publicity purposes.

By entering the Lottery, the prize winners consent to videos, audio recordings and photographs of the prize winners being used for reasonable promotional activities both in print and on the internet including on social media platforms.

By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to receive promotional materials for MSWA Lotteries & Raffles.

MSWA will not disclose any confidential information to any person other than in accordance with the MSWA Luxury Lottery privacy policy. For information on the MSWA Luxury Lottery privacy policy, visit.mswaluxurylottery.com.au/privacy-policy or for a printed copy, call 1300 769 019.

Liability:

MSWA and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify MSWA against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

Prizes:

Early Bird Prize

The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will have the option to accept the Toyota LandCruiser 70 (RRP $83,650) or $80,000 cash

To claim the prize, the winner will be required to complete a 100-point identification check and present their official winning ticket.

The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision. 

If the Early Bird Prize winner(s) elects to take the vehicle prize, arrangements between the vehicle dealership and the Early Bird Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize.

Delivery of the vehicle could take 4 - 5 months, depending on stock availability. 

The vehicle prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance. 

Prizes will be delivered within 30 days. Delivered meaning prizes will be in the winner(s) name within 30 days. 

If the Early Bird Prize winner(s) elects to take the $80,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder(s). If the winner resides in Victoria, gold bullion will be awarded in lieu of cash. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a MSWA representative.

Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday 29 January 2025 are eligible for the Early Bird prize. 

If all tickets are sold before Midnight, Wednesday 29 January all prize draws will be completed on Friday 31 January 2025. 

Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize, including the winner of the Early Bird Draw.

The Early Bird draw will be conducted at 10:00AM (AWST) at MSWA, 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont 6104.

Grand Prize

The Grand Prize winner(s) will have the option to accept the Range Rover Sport (RRP $260,349) OR $250,000 cash

The Grand Prize winner(s) will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take vehicle, arrangements between the vehicle dealership and the Grand Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize.

Delivery of the vehicle could take 6 - 10 months, depending on stock availability. 

The vehicle prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance. 

Prizes will be delivered within 30 days. Delivered meaning prizes will be in the winner(s) name within 30 days. 

If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the $250,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder(s). If the winner resides in Victoria, gold bullion will be awarded in lieu of cash. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a MSWA representative.

Redraw

Winners will have 12 months to claim prizes, if prizes are unclaimed after MSWA has made reasonable attempts to contact the winner, MSWA has the right to redraw these prizes. If a redraw is required then it will be conducted on 7 February 2026 at 10:00 AM AWST at 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont.
