MSWA Platinum Club Trade Promotions - Terms and Conditions
- MSWA conducts the MSWA Mega Home Lottery and MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery (bi-annually) and the MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle (quarterly).
2. As an MSWA Platinum Club member:
b) You authorise MSWA to automatically debit your nominated credit card prior to the launch of each MSWA Mega Home Lottery and/or MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery and/or MSWA Luxury Lottery and/or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle for the number of tickets specified when registering, until further notice. This will occur for each of the MSWA Mega Home Lotteries ($100 per ticket), MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lotteries ($10 per ticket), MSWA Luxury Lotteries ($50 per ticket), and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffles ($3 per ticket) that you choose to include in your membership.
c) Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address (or postal address if no email was provided), which was provided at the time of registration.
d) If the payment is declined, as a result of insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute or another reason MSWA cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact MSWA with an alternative payment method by calling MSWA on 1300 058 880.
e) Your nominated number of ticket(s) will be repeated in every lottery you have selected, until further notice or in the event of you contacting MSWA to cease your payments.
f) Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
g) You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the MSWA Mega Home Lottery and/or MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery and/or MSWA Luxury Lottery and/or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle without having to re-join by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected]
h) It is your responsibility to notify MSWA of any changes to your credit card and contact details by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected]
i) You can cancel or update your membership at any time by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or [email protected]
j) By cancelling your membership, you will be removed from any current or future Platinum Club prize draws.
k) The terms and conditions of the MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle apply. To be eligible to win a prize, you may be required to hold a ticket in one of other lotteries.
l) MSWA are not authorised to process ticket refunds without the written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be offered after the prize draws have begun.
3. Luxury Lottery 2024C MSWA Platinum Club Members Only Prize
a) The name of this promotion is the “LL24C MSWA Platinum Club Members Only Prize”.b) The promoter is MSWA Limited ACN: 670 532 224 of 154 Abernethy Road Belmont WA 6104
c) These terms and conditions, as published on the website www.mswaluxurylottery.com.au and as amended from time to time (“Terms”) govern the terms of your participation in the MSWA Platinum Club Members Only Prize.
d) By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
e) MSWA reserves the right to refuse sale or refund tickets to an individual at their discretion.
f) Entry is open to people over the age of 18.
g) Ticket purchasers must reside in Australia to be eligible to win a prize. Interstate winners are responsible for any additional costs that may be associated with the delivery or transfer of prizes. If the winner resides in Victoria, gold bullion will be awarded in lieu of cash.
h) Entries into the draw will be accepted from 28 June 2024 until the promotion closes at midnight on Wednesday, 7 August 2024, or until the MSWA Luxury Lottery is sold out
i) The prizes will be drawn on Friday, 9 August*
j) To be eligible for the prize, MSWA Platinum Club members must have a ticket in the current Lottery (MSWA Luxury Lottery 2024C) and include MSWA Luxury Lottery in their MSWA Platinum Club membership at the time of the draw close on Wednesday, 7 August 2024*
k) *If all tickets in the MSWA Luxury Lottery are sold before midnight, Wednesday 31 July 2024, then the MSWA Platinum Club Prize will be drawn on Friday, 2 August 2024.
l) For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database.
m) The winner(s) of this promotion will be determined by a computerised random number generator.
n) The prize on offer is a holiday to New York & Las Vegas (RRP $50,000) or $50,000 cash
o) To claim the prize, winners will have 48 hours to make their decision. The winners will be required to complete a 100-point identification check. If winners choose cash option, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be received within a maximum of 20 days after the 100-point identification check has been completed and verified.
p) Prize winners will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of MSWA after the prize draw.
q) Prize winners’ names will be announced on the MSWA Luxury Lottery website www.mswaluxurylottery.com.au within 48 hours of confirming the winner.
r) If Prize winners choose not to accept their prize, MSWA reserves the right not to draw another winner.
s) It will be the prize winners’ responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
t) The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
u) Prize winners agree to have their name and suburb published by MSWA for publicity purposes.
v) The following people (and anyone who resides at the same address as them) are prohibited from purchasing a ticket:
i. MSWA Board Members
ii. MSWA Executive Team Members
iii. MSWA Head of Departments
iv. MSWA Marketing Team Members
v. MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff
vi. RSM Australia Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw
vii. Any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies.
w) MSWA and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify MSWA against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
x) The Promoters’ records shall be deemed correct and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
y) The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).
