MSWA Platinum Club Terms and Conditions
MSWA conducts the MSWA Mega Home Lottery and MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery (bi-annually) and the MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle (quarterly).
As a MSWA Platinum Club member:
- You must be 18 years or over.
- You authorise MSWA to automatically debit your nominated credit card prior to the launch of each MSWA Mega Home Lottery and/or MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery and/or MSWA Luxury Lottery and/or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle for the amount of tickets specified when registering, until further notice. This will occur for each of the MSWA Mega Home Lotteries ($100 per ticket), MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lotteries ($10 per ticket), MSWA Luxury Lotteries ($50 per ticket), and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffles ($3 per ticket).
- Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address, which was provided at the time of registration.
- If the payment is declined, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute, and so on, then MSWA cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact MSWA with an alternative payment method by calling MSWA on 1300 058 880.
- Your nominated amount of ticket(s) will be repeated in every lottery you have selected, until further notice.
- Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
- You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the MSWA Mega Home Lottery and/or MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery and/or MSWA Luxury Lottery and/or MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle without having to re-join by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or platinum@mswa.org.au
- It is your responsibility to notify MSWA of any changes to your credit card and contact details by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or platinum@mswa.org.au
- You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting MSWA on 1300 058 880 or platinum@mswa.org.au
- The terms and conditions of the MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle apply.
- Requests for lottery ticket refunds for the MSWA Mega Home Lottery, MSWA Lifetime Getaway Lottery, MSWA Luxury Lottery and MSWA Multi-Choice Raffle will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
MSWA Luxury Lottery 23D - MSWA Platinum Club Members Only Prize
The name of this promotion is the “LL23D MSWA Platinum Club Members Only Prize”.
The promoter is MSWA Inc ABN 75 638 080 972 of 29 Parkhill Way, Wilson, WA.
Entry is open to people over the age of 18.
Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only entries received via the method below and received by us prior to Midnight, 6 December 2023 are eligible.
Entry can be made via this method: A MSWA Platinum Club member must have a ticket in the current raffle (MSWA Luxury Lottery 23D) and include MSWA Luxury Lottery in their MSWA Platinum Club membership that remains valid at the time of draw on Friday, 8 December 2023.
Entries into the draw will be accepted from Monday, 6 November 2023 until the promotion close, Midnight, Wednesday, 6 December 2023*. The prize winner will be announced on Friday, 8 December 2023*.
*If all tickets in the MSWA Luxury Lottery are sold before midnight, Wednesday 29 November 2023, then the MSWA Platinum Club Prize will be drawn on Friday, 1 December 2023. Entry can be made via this method: A MSWA Platinum Club member must purchase a ticket in the current MSWA Luxury Lottery (MSWA Luxury Lottery 23D) and include MSWA Luxury Lotteries in their MSWA Platinum Club membership.
For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database. The winner(s) of this promotion will be determined by a computerised random number generator.
The prize on offer is a Japan Holiday for 2 (RRP $50,000) or $50,000 cash
100 points of ID will be required to claim the prize. Should the winner(s) select the holiday, this can only be used for off-peak times. All arrangements will be between Amity Travel and the winner(s). MSWA will not enter this process.
The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of MSWA after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner is represented by a proxy and cannot be contacted on the phone number or email provided, and remains uncontactable for 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.
The winner(s) name will be announced on the MSWA Mega Home Lottery official Facebook page within 7 days of confirming the winner.
If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited under the clause above, MSWA reserves the right not to draw another winner.
It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes.
By participating in this promotion, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, if required.
The following people (and anyone who resides at the same address as them) are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: MSWA Board Members, MSWA Executive Team Members, MSWA Head of Departments, MSWA Marketing Team Members, MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff, RSM Australia Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw and any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies.
MSWA and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify MSWA against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).
The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of MSWA.
