The following people (and anyone who resides at the same address as them) are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: MSWA Board Members, MSWA Executive Team Members, MSWA Head of Departments, MSWA Marketing Team Members, MSWA Information Systems Team and Ticket Fulfilment Staff, RSM Australia Directors and employees associated with the lottery draw and any staff member who works on the MSWA Account from MSWA’s associated agencies.
By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.
Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor.
Maximum number of tickets in the draw: 46,000. All tickets $50
The total retail value of the prize pool is $346,634
*Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday 29 November 2023 are eligible for the Early Bird prize. If all tickets are sold before Midnight, Wednesday 29 November 2023 all prize draws will be completed on Friday, 1 December 2023. If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize draw will be completed on Friday, 1 November 2023. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize, including the winner of the Early Bird Draw.
RESULTS PUBLISHED:
All winners will be notified by telephone and in writing. The winning ticket numbers will be published on www.mswaluxurylottery.com.au within 24 hours of the draws taking place.
REFUNDS:
Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
EARLY BIRD PRIZE:
The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will have the option to accept the Toyota Kluger Grande AWD Hybrid (RRP $93,721) or $90,000 cash. The Early Bird Prize winner(s) will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision. If the Early Bird Prize winner(s) elects to take the vehicle prize, arrangements between City Toyota and the Early Bird Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle could take 12 months, depending on stock availability. The vehicle prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance. If the Early Bird Prize winner(s) elects to take the $90,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder(s). This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a MSWA representative.
GRAND PRIZE:
The Grand Prize winner(s) will have the option to accept BMW iXM60 (RRP $252,913) OR $250,000 cash. The Grand Prize winner(s) will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision. If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take vehicle, arrangements between Auto Classic and the Grand Prize winner(s) will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle could take 12 months, depending on stock availability. The vehicle prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance. If the Grand Prize winner(s) elects to take the $250,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder(s). This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after a 100-point identification check has been completed and verified by a MSWA representative.
