The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: MSWA Board members, senior managers and ticket fulfilment staff at MSWA and their immediate family members residing at the same address; RSM Australia directors and employees associated with the lottery draw.
Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older.
Maximum number of tickets in the draw: 10,000. All tickets $50 each.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners are responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of all prizes is $189,728.
We are only able to sell tickets to International Buyers over the phone (08) 6454 3150 for our MSWA Luxury Lottery. The other option is to sign up for a regular ticket purchase through the MSWA Platinum Club. This is to provide an additional safeguard against potential fraudulent purchase activity undertaken from overseas.
* Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday, 14 February 2018 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw. If all tickets are sold before Midnight, Wednesday, 14 February 2018, then all prize draws will be completed on Friday, 16 February 2018. If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize draw will be completed on Friday, 16 February 2018. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird ticket sales close is also eligible for the Grand Prize draw.
**Tickets purchased after the Early Bird Prize close and before the Final close at Midnight, 7 March 2018 are eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize draw will be completed on 9 March 2018.
All prize draws will be made at the office of MSWA, Level 1, 1133 Albany Highway, Bentley 6102.
A complete list of winners, including their names, will be published on the lottery website within 48 hours of the prize draws. Prize winner’s details will also be published in The West Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 14 March 2018, unless all tickets are sold out prior to Early Bird close. If all tickets are sold before the Early Bird close, the Early Bird and Grand Prize winners will be published in The West Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 21 February 2018.
The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept the 2018 BMW M3 Sedan valued at $167,128 or $150,000 cash. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.
The Grand Prize 2018 BMW M3 option, includes on-road costs, but does not include motor vehicle insurance.
The Early Bird Prize winner will have the option to accept the holiday package for 2 adults to the Amalfi Coast, valued at $22,600 or $20,000 in cash. The travel package must be completed by 9 March, 2019. The holiday package is not valid at peak travel times. The Early Bird Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.
The Early Bird Prize of the Amalfi Coast Holiday Package option is dependent on the availability of flights and accommodation at the time of booking. This Holiday Package option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry.
Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take a number of weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
The records held by MSWA shall be deemed correct and final. Lottery tickets are not tax deductible. Please telephone 1300 769 019 for queries or corrections. Please note, any changes requested to be made to the ticket name will require the ticket purchaser to complete a statutory declaration.
